The Law Office of Elizabeth Swanson represents individuals and businesses for a range of intellectual property matters, including patent, copyright and trademark registration, infringement, and litigation; federal and state trade secret protection; anti-counterfeiting and unfair competition litigation. Based in Portland, Oregon, my firm represents clients nationally and internationally.

About Me
In my 25 years as an attorney, my practice has been 100 percent devoted to intellectual property. I am licensed to practice in state and federal courts and have experience working at a larger law firm. In addition to my legal practice, I also have a background in molecular biology, mechanical engineering, and teaching — all of which are valuable assets when working with patents and explaining complex legal concepts.
